(a) The board shall hold a hearing to consider a plan formulated under Section 8801.111 . (b) After the hearing, the board shall: (1) make any changes it considers necessary according to evidence and material presented at the hearing; and (2) adopt the plan. (c) The board may amend or repeal a plan adopted under this section and may adopt a new plan as provided by this section for the adoption of the original plan. (d) An adopted plan remains in effect until a new plan is adopted.
