15.04.110 Liability. The chief building official, his or her assistants and authorized representatives charged with the enforcement of this code, acting in good faith and without malice for the city in the discharge of their duties, are relieved from all personal liability for any damage to persons or property as a result of any act or omission they may perform in the discharge of their duties.
