(605 ILCS 5/5-919) (from Ch. 121, par. 5-919) Sec. 5-919. Home Rule Preemption. A home rule unit may not impose road improvement impact fees in a manner inconsistent with this Division. This Division is a limitation under subsection (i) of Section 6 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution on the concurrent exercise by home rule units of powers and functions exercised by the State.
