(815 ILCS 605/11) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 2111) Sec. 11. Any person injured by a violation of this Act or by the credit services organization's breach of a contract entered into pursuant to Section 7 of this Act, may bring any action for recovery of actual damages.
