(20 ILCS 2705/2705-450) (was 20 ILCS 2705/49.25h-1) Sec. 2705-450. High-speed rail and magnetic levitation transportation development. The Department is authorized to enter into agreements with any public or private entity for the purpose of promoting and developing high-speed rail and magnetic levitation transportation within this State.
