Penalty for violation of chapter.

Miss. Code Ann. § 45-45-29

in effect

Any owner or lessee who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00).
