N.J. Stat. § 27:6-2
in effectThe state highway system shall also include any routes established, taken over and constructed under acts in effect prior to March thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, unless such routes have or shall have been vacated or abandoned by the commissioner as provided by law.
