Gaming license defined.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 463.0159
in effectGaming license means any license issued by the State or any political subdivision thereof pursuant to this chapter or chapter 464 of NRS which authorizes the person named therein to engage in gaming or pari-mutuel wagering.
