Violation of any rule or regulation - Penalty - Injunction Violation of any rule or regulation of the board of county park commissioners shall be an infraction, and in addition, the board of county park commissioners shall have remedy by injunction to enjoin the operation or maintenance of any establishment, concession, or activity prohibited by the rules and regulations of the board.
