(105 ILCS 5/10-12) (from Ch. 122, par. 10-12) Sec. 10-12. Quorum. A majority of the full membership of the board of education shall constitute a quorum. Unless otherwise provided, when a vote is taken upon any measure before the board, a quorum being present, a majority of the votes of the members voting on the measure shall determine the outcome thereof.
