5.06.310 Conditions of adult-entertainment business permit. The requirements set forth in this chapter shall be deemed conditions imposed upon every adult-entertainment business permit approved, and failure to comply with every such requirement shall be grounds for suspension or revocation of the permit issued pursuant to these regulations.
