Board powers; qualifications of applicants
Ind. Code § 25-38.1-2-9
in effectSec. 9. The board is vested with the sole authority to determine the qualifications of applicants for:
(1) a license to practice veterinary medicine; and
(2) registration to practice as a registered veterinary technician;
in Indiana.
