Transferee defined.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 489.772
in effectTransferee means any person who purchases, leases or otherwise takes possession or attempts to purchase, lease or otherwise take possession of a manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured building or commercial coach or factory-built housing or any interest therein from a transferor.
