Sec. 4. (a) The approval for a sponsor expires February 28 each even-numbered year. (b) A sponsor must submit: (1) a letter requesting renewal of approval; and (2) the renewal fee; at least thirty (30) days before the sponsor's approval expires. As added by P.L.238-1995, SEC.3.
