S.C. Code Ann. § 38-43-740
in effectA travel retailer, whose insurance-related activities are limited to offering and disseminating travel insurance on behalf of and under the direction of a limited lines travel insurance producer, may receive compensation for these activities upon registration by the limited lines travel insurance producer as provided in Section 38-43-730(A)(2). Effect of Amendment 2021 Act No. 50, SECTION 3, reenacted the section with no apparent changes.
