(a) The Board shall amend and adopt regulations as necessary to implement this subchapter. (b) Nothing in this subchapter may be construed to prohibit or invalidate the continued use of statewide protocols, standing orders, or collaborative practice agreements authorized elsewhere in this title or under Title 16.
