Sec. 8. (a) The regional manager shall convene an organizational meeting of the members of a regional services council appointed under section 7 of this chapter. (b) The regional manager shall serve as the chairperson of the council. The council shall select one (1) of its members as vice chairperson. As added by P.L.146-2008, SEC.571.
