"Registered technician"
Ind. Code § 15-16-5-33
in effectSec. 33. As used in this chapter, "registered technician" means a person who:
(1) is not certified or licensed under this chapter;
(2) has registered with the state chemist; and
(3) is authorized to engage in the use of general use pesticide products or fertilizer materials for hire.
