169.100. Gifts accepted. — Gifts, devises, bequests and legacies may be accepted by the board of trustees, to be held and invested and, except where specific direction for the use of a gift is made by a donor, used at its discretion for the benefit of the retirement system. (L. 1945 p. 1353 § 10)
