"Public employee"
Ind. Code § 32-28-13-1.5
in effectSec. 1.5. As used in this chapter, "public employee" means an individual who is an employee in the executive, judicial, or legislative branch of:
(1) the state or a political subdivision (as defined in IC 5-11-10.5-1); or
(2) the federal government;
in Indiana.
