Advancement of parole eligibility date to be independent of other adjustments [Repealed effective July 1, 2022].
Miss. Code Ann. § 47-5-727
repealedAdvancement of parole eligibility dates under Sections 47-5-701 through 47-5-729 shall occur independently of all other adjustments of the parole eligibility dates, such as advancing the parole eligibility dates as a result of receiving earned time allowances.
