Sec. 11. A registered interior designer who continues to actively practice interior design shall: (1) renew the registration not more than ninety (90) days before the expiration of the registration; and (2) pay the renewal fee under IC 25-20.7-3. IC 25-1-2-6(e) applies to the renewal of the registration of a registered interior designer under this article. As added by P.L.177-2009, SEC.37. Amended by P.L.177-2015, SEC.44.
