Designation.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 435.400
in effect1. The division facilities providing services for persons with intellectual disabilities or persons with developmental disabilities are designated as:
(a) Desert Regional Center;
(b) Sierra Regional Center; and
(c) Rural Regional Center.
2. Division facilities established after July 1, 1981, must be named by the Administrator, subject to the approval of the Director of the Department.
