Controlling statutes for fund
Ind. Code § 21-7-15-3
in effectSec. 3. The fund shall be held, managed, controlled, and invested in accordance with:
(1) 7 U.S.C. 301 et seq.;
(2) the acts of Congress that are amendatory or supplemental to 7 U.S.C. 301 et seq.; and
(3) this chapter.
