75 Pa.C.S. § 28 Applicability.
This act shall apply as follows:
(1) Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (2), any and all references in any other law to a "district justice" or "justice of the peace" shall be deemed to be references to a magisterial district judge.
(2) Paragraph (1) shall not apply to the provisions of 71 Pa.C.S. Explanatory Note. Act 207 amended sections 102, 1619, 3510, 3582, 4581, 4907, 6309.2, 8306 and 9002 of Title 75.
