Sec. 2. (a) The department may issue a permit for a minimum fee of ten dollars ($10) to a person to conduct a field trial under rules adopted under IC 4-22-2 for the protection of wild animals. The rules shall be incorporated in or attached to the permit when issued. (b) The fee in subsection (a) is subject to IC 14-22-2-10.
