1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 691E.210 , a person shall not act as a producer of limited lines travel insurance unless the person is licensed pursuant to this section. 2. In accordance with the provisions of NRS 683A.201 to 683A.370 , inclusive, the Commissioner may issue a license as a producer of limited lines travel insurance to a person who has filed an application with the Commissioner. 3. A license issued pursuant to this section authorizes the holder of the license to sell, solicit or negotiate travel insurance on behalf of a licensed insurer.
