1. The Authority shall conduct site visits, audits or reviews at least annually to ensure that a project funded pursuant to NRS 439A.350 to 439A.398 , inclusive, complies with the requirements of those sections and the applicable funding agreement. 2. The Office of Finance may audit any project funded pursuant to NRS 439A.350 to 439A.398 , inclusive, to ensure that the grantee is using the money awarded pursuant to NRS 439A.350 to 439A.398 , inclusive, in an effective and efficient manner that accords with state and federal law and the applicable funding agreement.
