A. Height. The maximum height is 35 feet.
B. Density. The maximum of 1 single-unit dwelling is allowed per lot.
C. Lot coverage. The maximum lot coverage is determined by zone suffix:
1. RE-1/.5: 20% lot coverage;
2. RE-1/1: 15% lot coverage;
3. RE-1/2: 10% lot coverage; or
4. RE-1/4: 5% lot coverage.
D. Floor area ratios. The minimum and maximum floor area ratios are established in the general plan. (Ord. 2013-0020 § 1; Ord. 2013-0007 § 1)
