9.44.230 Impounding animals. Any dog, bovine animal, horse, mule, burro, sheep, hog, goat, poultry, swine or wild animal found to be at large in this city is a public nuisance and shall be taken up and impounded by the animal care services officer. (Ord. 2010-021 § 12; prior code § 6.04.041)
