12.48.130 Alternative dates and places. Any denial or revocation of a special event permit because the date, time, or place of the proposed special event is not available, or because the number of participants would exceed the capacity of the street, sidewalk, alley, or park, shall contain a counteroffer of alternative acceptable dates, times or places, if reasonably available.
