17.620.200 General requirements. In addition to article I, the regulations in this article II apply to gated single-unit dwelling and duplex dwelling developments of three or more dwellings on a development site greater than 2.5 acres. The regulations establish permit requirements and design and operational standards for these gated developments. (Ord. 2013-0020 § 1; Ord. 2013-0007 § 1)
