Golden Age Nursing Homes; issuance of bonds.
Miss. Code Ann. § 19-5-39
in effectThe board of supervisors of any county or counties coming within the provisions of Section 19-5-31 through 19-5-39 may issue and sell its full faith and credit bonds as otherwise provided by law to secure funds with which to construct and equip such Golden Age Nursing Homes.
