(1) Any person desiring to do any act mentioned in RCW 70.77.255 (1) (a) or (c) shall apply in writing to a local fire official for a permit. (2) Any person desiring to put on a public display of fireworks under RCW 70.77.255 (1)(b) shall apply in writing to a local fire official for a permit. Application shall be made at least ten days in advance of the proposed display.
