19-02.1-10.1. Eggs - Labeling and temperature rules The department may adopt appropriate rules under chapter 28-32 to establish standards for proper labeling and temperature during the retail storage and sale of shell eggs. As used in this section, "eggs" means eggs in the shell which are the product of a domesticated chicken.
