Establishment of standard superior court
Ind. Code § 33-33-68-2
in effectSec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known as the Randolph superior court.
(b) The Randolph superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1.
(c) Randolph County comprises the judicial district of the court.
