Agreements for joint actions
Ind. Code § 36-7.6-3-3
in effectSec. 3. A development authority may enter into an agreement with another development authority or any other entity to:
(1) jointly equip, own, lease, and finance projects and facilities; or
(2) otherwise carry out the purposes of the development authority;
in any location.
