(430 ILCS 32/1) (was 720 ILCS 650/1) Sec. 1. No person, personally or through an agent, shall transport nitroglycerin in a liquid state on any highway; except this Act shall not prohibit the transportation of desensitized liquid nitroglycerin on any highway. Any person who violates this Act shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. (Source: P.A. 77-2273.)
