3.136.180 Notice.
Wherever notice is required in this chapter, such notice shall be given as required by the Brown Act (Government Code Sections 54950 et seq.). (Prior code § 85.03.300)

3.136.190 Failure to mail or receive notice-Validation of proceedings.
The failure of the city clerk to mail any notice or the failure of any person to receive such notice shall not affect the validity of any proceedings taken under this chapter, nor prevent the city council from proceeding with any noticed hearing. (Prior code § 85.03.310)
