Stocking fish in waters of the state
Ind. Code § 14-22-9-8
in effectSec. 8. Except as otherwise provided, a person may not stock fish in the following:
(1) Waters containing state owned fish.
(2) Waters of the state.
(3) Boundary waters of the state.
