17.448.050 Freeport SPD-Pre-application meeting, site plan and design review. All development in the Freeport SPD, including the expansion of existing buildings, is subject to site plan and design review in accordance with chapter 17.808. No application for development in the Freeport SPD is complete until a pre-application meeting with planning staff has been conducted on the proposed development.
