The provisions of: 1. NRS 452.650 to 452.700 , inclusive, do not apply to cemeteries containing human remains only. 2. NRS 452.655 to 452.700 , inclusive, do not apply to the operation of a cemetery for pets existing on October 1, 1993, unless the property on which the cemetery is located is dedicated for use as a cemetery for pets pursuant to NRS 452.655 .
