Any person who commits a violation of § 18.2-31 , 18.2-32 , 18.2-32.1 , 18.2-48 , 18.2-51.2 , 18.2-58 , 18.2-61 , 18.2-67.1 , or 18.2-67.2 within a dwelling house and who, with the intent to commit a felony listed in this section, enticed, solicited, requested, or otherwise caused the victim to enter such dwelling house is guilty of a Class 6 felony. A violation of this section is a separate and distinct felony. 2015, c. 392 .
