Compliance with federal requirements
Ind. Code § 25-1-9.8-20
in effectSec. 20. The requirements of this chapter do not apply to a practitioner who:
(1) is required to comply with; and
(2) is in compliance with;
45 CFR Part 149, Subparts E and G, as may be enforced and amended by the federal Department of Health and Human Services.
