Grade defined.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 588.080
in effect1. As related to fertilizers, grade means the minimum percentage of total nitrogen, available phosphorus or phosphoric acid and soluble potassium or soluble potash stated in the order given in this subsection and, when applied to mixed fertilizers, shall be in whole numbers only.
2. As related to agricultural minerals, grade means the minimum percentage of guaranteed analysis determined as provided in NRS 588.190 .
