in effectAny common carrier violating Sections 6953 or 6954 is guilty of a misdemeanor for each violation, punishable by a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200) for each offense. Each day that any electric car is operated in interurban service or that any electric locomotive is operated, is a separate offense.
