When deemed guilty of a misdemeanor — subject to fine. — Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of sections 276.010 to 276.080 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined for each offense not less than one thousand dollars nor more than ten thousand dollars.
