(225 ILCS 95/10) (from Ch. 111, par. 4610) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 10. Identification. No person shall use the title "physician assistant" unless he or she holds a valid license issued by the Department as provided in this Act. A physician assistant shall wear on his or her person a visible identification indicating that he or she is certified as a physician assistant while acting in the course of his or her duties.
