(65 ILCS 5/4-1-4) (from Ch. 24, par. 4-1-4) Sec. 4-1-4. The provisions of Article 3 shall apply to all officers elected or appointed under this Article 4 unless otherwise provided or unless there is a conflict between the provisions of this Article 4 and the provisions of Article 3.
