Attorney’s fees for the issuance of any general obligation bonds authorized by the provisions of this chapter shall not exceed for each issue the following schedule: Up to and including one million dollars ($1,000,000.00), one per cent (1%). Above one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) and up to and including two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), one half of one per cent (1/2 of 1%). Above two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), one fourth of one per cent (1/4 of 1%).
